Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition in which it was received. 

You have 10 days after you receive your sweatshirt to send it back if it didn't work out for any reason. 

If you would like to exchange your item, please include a written request in your return package, indicating the size, color, and style you would like for us to send in return.  Shipping for returns and exchanges are at customer's expense.

NOTE:  We recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method to track your exchange or return. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend not requiring a signature as we are in and out of the office, and you will have to work with USPS to get it redelivered if we are out.
